Michael's practice is focused on U.S. and foreign patent prosecution of chemistry and biotechnology matters, and related litigation matters.
Michael's practice focuses on patent matters pertaining to pharmaceutical and chemical technologies. His expertise includes the U.S. and international patent preparation and prosecution, freedom to operate and patentability analyses, and intellectual property due diligence. Michael has experience with various technologies, including small molecule pharmaceuticals, formulations, materials science, and semiconductor fabrication. Before joining Seed IP, Michael was an associate at two other U.S. law firms. As a research assistant, he studied the maintenance of lipid bilayer asymmetry in cell membranes.
