Calysta’s technology also supports natural immune responses in fish and feed animals, reducing their susceptibility to infections while improving their overall health A Calysta product is FeedKind™ protein, which is natural and approved in the European Union for use in the human food chain and in various livestock animals (including pigs, chickens, and cattle).

Calysta Energy develops high value materials for use in industrial and consumer products Calysta’s core technology platforms – BioGPS™, Biological Gas-to-Chemicals®, and Biological Gas-to-Liquids® – all leverage the company’s extensive expertise in protein engineering, gene synthesis, and gene expression optimization to engineer novel production organisms capable of producing a wide variety of value-added products The various products produced using Calysta’s advanced technology platforms can be used in end products, including fibers, plastics, and building materials; and biofuels using methane.
