Seed IP Law Group attorneys Syed M. Abedi, Michael P. Cooper, John A. Morgan, and Thomas A. Shewmake have been selected to the 2019 Washington Rising Stars list, as published in the Summer 2019 issue of Thomson Reuters’ Washington Super Lawyers. Rising Stars honorees are nominated and selected through a detailed process based on nomination points, research points and peer-review points. The Rising Stars designation is given annually to a selected group of attorneys, each of whom has either been in practice for less than 10 years or are under the age of forty.

All four of Seed IP's Rising Stars honorees specialize in intellectual property law. Mr. Abedi is an attorney within Seed IP’s Mechanical Engineering, Trademark and IP Enforcement & Litigation Groups. Mr. Cooper, Mr. Morgan, and Mr. Shewmake are attorneys within the Biotechnology, Chemistry & Pharmaceuticals Group, with Mr. Shewmake also being a member of the Trademark and IP Enforcement & Litigation Groups.
