Seed IP partners co-author article, “When Proxy Services Enable Abuse”
Seed IP partners Russell C. Pangborn and Syed M. Abedi are the co-authors of a recently published blog post entitled, “When Proxy Services Enable Abuse.” The blog explores DNS abuse, GDPR impacts on access to domain name registrant information, cybercriminals taking advantage of privacy/proxy services in furtherance of online attacks, and preparations for subsequent rounds of new gTLDs - all of which are just a few of the issues being debated in this week’s ICANN meetings. The examples being cited to in this blog post are just the tip of the iceberg. The blog post published on March 10 on CircleID, a renowned source for internet developments - since 2002.
