Seed IP Partners to Moderate Panel at BIO-IPCC Conference on April 8-10

Seed IP partners, Chandra E. Eidt and Jeffrey C. Pepe, Ph.D., are moderating a panel at the upcoming BIO IP Counsels Committee (BIO-IPCC) conference, taking place April 8-10 in Denver, Colorado. The panel, sponsored by Seed IP Law Group, is entitled, "Biosimilars: Where are we now and where are we going?,” and is set for Wednesday, April 10 from 8:30-9:45 a.m. This panel will discuss the evolving landscape of US and EP biosimilar approvals and patent considerations. Also to be discussed are biosimilar patent prosecution and litigation strategies, as well as risk assessment and management for developing biosimilars.
