Seed IP partners selected to 2021 Washington Super Lawyers
Seven Seed IP partners, David Carlson, Kevin Costanza, Bill Ferron, Karl Hermanns, Kevan Morgan, Russell Pangborn, and Brooke Quist, have been selected to Washington Super Lawyers, as published by Thomson Reuters in the Summer 2021 issue of Thomson Reuters’ Washington Super Lawyers. Since 1991, Super Lawyers has provided a yearly listing of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Super Lawyers honorees are nominated and selected through a detailed process based on nomination points, research points and peer-review points. Super Lawyers is published as a special supplement in leading newspapers and in city and regional magazines across the country.
All seven Super Lawyers honorees specialize in intellectual property law. Karl is an attorney within Seed IP’s Biotechnology, Chemistry & Pharmaceuticals Group; Kevin is an attorney in the Mechanical Engineering, Trademark, and IP Enforcement & Litigation Groups; Brooke, David, and Kevan are attorneys within Seed IP's Electrical Engineering & Computer Science Group, with Brooke and David also being members of the firm's IP Enforcement & Litigation Group. Russ Pangborn is a partner in the Trademark Group. Additionally, Bill is a member of Seed IP’s Mediation Group.
