Seed IP proudly ranks 7th in the 2022 “Diversity in the Top Ranks” list of U.S. law firms with 100 or fewer attorneys, as based on the 8th Annual Diversity Snapshot survey, conducted by Law360® Pulse (Lexis Nexis®). This survey measures diversity at the equity partnership level. Seed IP and the other firms on this list demonstrate that law firms can create minority leadership opportunities, and can build partnerships with diverse talent and perspectives.

Law360 collected demographic data from more than 300 firms with U.S. offices. More than 83% of the 200 largest U.S. law firms participated. Firms were grouped based on their U.S. attorney headcount in order to evaluate their diversity as compared with similarly sized peer firms. The firms were then ranked according to the percentage of minority attorneys at the non-partner and partner levels. Firms were required to disclose the diversity of their equity partnerships in order to be eligible for the ranking. The law firms on the list have the highest representation of minorities in their equity partnerships.
