Seed IP sponsors Rocky Mountain IP & Technology Law Institute - June 3 and 4

Seed IP Law Group LLP is proud to be a co-sponsor of the 19th Annual Rocky Mountain Intellectual Property & Technology Law Institute, taking place virtually on June 3 and 4. Widely considered one of the best IP conferences in the United States, the Rocky Mountain IP & Technology Law Institute annually attracts professionals from around the country to learn about the latest updates on patent law, PTAB, trademark/TTAB, copyright, licensing, trade secrets, data privacy and security, and Internet litigation.

The conference is co-sponsored by the Intellectual Property Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, Stanford Law School, Stanford Program in Law, Science and Technology, the Copyright Society of the USA, and the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law, and in cooperation with the Rocky Mountain Regional Office of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Additionally, Seed IP partner Marc Levy will be co-presenting a session entitled, "Wanted Dead or Alive: When Trademarks Aren't Really Dead," on Friday, June 4, from 9:45 a.m. - 10:35 a.m. PST. The discussion will include answers to: "When is a trademark dead?" and "When is a trademark alive when it appears otherwise?"
